About our school

. Government Girls High School Jajja Abbasian , was founded by the Punjab Education Trust under the Chairmanship of Muhammad Ali in the year 1950. It is a co-educational English Medium High School founded with the sole objective to impart quality education at an affordable cost. The school started it’s operations with approximately 500 students and today it caters to 5000 students. Despite all odds, hurdles and humble beginnings it has never looked back but progressed by leaps and bounds. Today, with a beautifully structured edifice, meticulously selected teaching faculty and a large number of disciplined students, . Government Girls High School Jajja Abbasianis synonymous with some of the best educational institutions in the region.

The school and faculty work tirelessly to provide an educational experience to all children, that balances their individual achievement and their responsibilities towards the society as a whole.

In the last eighteen years, our prestigious school has been sending a batch of students, sincerely and diligently taught by our qualified faculty; to attend their Board examination and every consecutive year, since then, we have excelled with 100% results, many of our diligent students of the batch have made it to the merit and distinction list of the board exam. And this is a record that speaks for itself. Apart from academic excellence, our school has been regularly conducting many creative activities that have been encouraging and promoting a myriad of hidden talents of the students. Periodically, we have been conducting Annual Sports Meets, Annual day celebrations with the active participation of pupils in various cultural programs. Further with an aim to help students delineate their creativity, the school organizes exhibitions of different themes that showcases cultural ethos of our society, science-oriented exhibitions so on and so forth.
